Can you wield a machete and blaze a trail through the jungle? You’ll find the answer at Mariposa Jungle Lodge.
Take advantage of our “Machete Whack”. Our experienced jungle guide will teach you to sharpen your personal new machete with a file, then lead you into a piece of our untouched jungle where you can learn to chop an eco-friendly trail. If you do a good job, we’ll erect a wooden sign to dedicate that portion of the trail to you, for that trail will be enjoyed by future visitors. If you can pack it to get through Airport Security, the machete is your souvenir to keep.
One hour - $30US/per person
